All orders are processed within 2–7 business days.

Apparel and accessories are fulfilled through our production partner (Printful)
Books and selected items may be packed and shipped directly by us

Processing times may vary depending on the product type.

🌍 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

Worldwide (Printful products): 5–15 business days after processing
Books (shipped by us): 7–21 business days depending on destination

Please note:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

🚚 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated.

🔀 Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple product types (e.g., clothing + books),
your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.

This is completely normal and not a glitch in the matrix 😏

🌐 International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide.

For international orders:

You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Some orders (especially split shipments) may have multiple tracking links.

⚠️ Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:

We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

💔 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include photos of the damage
