At Shamanic Needles, every piece is created with intention and delivered through a combination of trusted global fulfillment partners and direct shipping.


📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days.

  • Apparel and accessories are fulfilled through our production partner (Printful)
  • Books and selected items may be packed and shipped directly by us

Processing times may vary depending on the product type.


🌍 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Worldwide (Printful products): 5–15 business days after processing
  • Books (shipped by us): 7–21 business days depending on destination

Please note:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.


🚚 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated.


🔀 Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple product types (e.g., clothing + books),
your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.

This is completely normal and not a glitch in the matrix 😏


🌐 International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide.

For international orders:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Some orders (especially split shipments) may have multiple tracking links.


⚠️ Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:
